I recently engaged with Pro-Tax to aid me with the search for a new job. After initial contact, I quickly became engaged with three members of the team to aid me in my search: Kevin Racher, Emma Rose and Stuart Feeley. Following on from reviewing my CV, I met with the team to discuss this in more detail, which also gave them a chance to experience what I am like in person. All three reviewed positions they had available and discussed them with me in detail. The team at Pro-Tax not only understand the applicant’s strengths, weaknesses and needs but understand the employer’s needs. They will not inundate employers with CVs unnecessarily. Prior to attending the interview, further discussions took place regarding the role, the company, the people I would be meeting, format of the interview and expectations. They really get to know the employers and this is reflected even more in this process. 360 feedback is given after interview for both the prospective employee and the employer. This benefits both parties. Prior to the second interview, the same process was undertaken and time was also used to reflect on the first interview again and how to build on this for the second round interview. After a successful second interview, which has led to a job offer, which I have accepted, Pro-tax have remained active in ensuring both parties have achieved their aim and that things remain on track. This I see as a valuable and vital part of the service when you have a long notice period. Once a candidate is placed, Pro-tax will not just walk away from the employer in relation to that role.
