Kevin at Pro-Tax seemed to instinctively know what we were looking for, not just in terms of technical ability but also the right type of personality for the role. Despite operating during COVID-19 restrictions the process went smoothly from Kevin’s first email to our offer being accepted (and done relatively speedily too). Throughout Kevin kept open the channels of communication to ensure everyone knew at what stage we were at. He has also shown that Pro-Tax do not have a “case closed, move on” policy, common amongst some employment professionals, by following up with both parties post-employment.
