An established and growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts professional to join its Bournemouth office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a supportive and long-standing team, offering genuine scope for progression.

Your role as an Accounts & Tax Manager:

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
• Supporting with personal tax and VAT returns.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting more junior staff and providing mentorship.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA / ACCA qualified preferred (QBE also considered).
• Experience in accounts and/or general practice.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with a desire to support junior staff development.
