An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Director or Partner to join a growing practice in Northallerton. This appointment represents the firm's most critical hire in the region and sits at the heart of its succession planning strategy.

The practice continues to expand through targeted acquisitions and already has a defined portfolio to be acquired. As a result, this role offers significant influence and responsibility, with the opportunity to lead, develop and grow the offering across the region.

The successful individual will be an existing Partner or Senior Director (RI) and will step into a highly visible position with genuine autonomy and a clear path to long-term progression.
