The role

• Prepare and review year end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
• Produce VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and personal tax returns
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Mentor and support trainees, building the next generation of talent
• Work directly with managers and directors to deliver outstanding client service
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency across the team

What you'll bring

• AAT qualified or qualified by experience
• At least 3 years' practice experience
• Strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills
• Proactive, organised, detail-driven approach
• Competence with accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Digita desirable)
