Assistant Corporate Tax Manager - Birmingham
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + great benefits
Location: Midlands (Leading National Firm)

What you'll be doing
This is a varied role where you'll get hands?on across both compliance and advisory work, with plenty of client interaction.

You'll:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, from OMBs to larger groups
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage relationships day?to?day
• Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns
• Work on advisory projects and spot tax planning opportunities
• Liaise closely with audit and other service lines
• Review work prepared by junior team members and support their development
• Support Managers, Directors and Partners on more complex work

What you'll need

• ACA, CTA (or equivalent)
• Solid experience across corporate tax compliance, with some advisory exposure
• Confidence managing client relationships and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and good commercial awareness
• An interest in developing further, both technically and professionally
