Are you a Personal Tax Senior or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step with a leading Top 10 accountancy firm?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Private Client team in London, advising an exceptional portfolio of HNW and international individuals, entrepreneurs, private equity funds and senior executives.

You'll work alongside experienced tax specialists on sophisticated UK and international private client matters, combining compliance oversight with increasingly complex advisory work.

The Role

As Assistant Tax Manager, you'll:

• Manage a varied portfolio of complex private client engagements
• Advise HNW and international individuals, business owners and executives
• Gain significant exposure to private equity and alternative investment fund clients
• Oversee tax returns and other client deliverables
• Research technical issues and assist with complex tax advice
• Keep abreast of developments in UK personal taxation
• Build relationships with clients and internal specialists
• Delegate work to junior team members and review their work
• Coach and support Associates within the team
• Work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Directors

About You

You'll have strong UK personal/private client tax experience, ideally gained within an accountancy practice or professional services environment.

You'll be CTA, ACA or ATT qualified, or possess equivalent relevant experience, with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to deal directly with sophisticated clients.

You'll also need excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills, together with the ambition to develop your advisory experience.
