Your role as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:

• Lead and review complex audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio with turnovers up to £60M.
• Manage a growing portfolio of audit and non-audit clients.
• Oversee technical quality, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit team.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic growth plans.
• Build strong long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention.
• Work closely with senior leadership on operational and firmwide initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

• You must be ACA /ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience.
• Have strong technical audit knowledge and understanding of audit regulation.
• Demonstrate experience managing client portfolios and leading teams.
• Be commercially aware, proactive, and client-focused.
• Show ambition to progress toward RI Status.
• Experience with Iris would be beneficial but not essential.
