A Top-50 firm in Reading is looking to appoint an Audit Manager to take a key role in their growing Audit & Assurance team. This isn't just about managing audits - it's about influencing how the function develops and putting your mark on the future of the department.

Your role will include

  • Managing a varied portfolio of OMBs, SMEs, and some charities
  • Leading audits from planning to completion
  • Reviewing the work of audit seniors and trainees
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing juniors
  • Building client relationships and delivering service that stands out
  • Identifying opportunities for advisory work and contributing to proposals


What we're looking for

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Proven experience managing audits and people at Audit Manager level
  • Strong SME audit knowledge, with charity exposure an advantage
  • Commercial awareness and a drive to contribute to firm-wide growth
