Your role as an Audit Manager:

• You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, including large corporate groups, not-for-profit organisations, international businesses with UK subsidiaries, and owner-managed companies.
• You will be responsible for planning and leading from start to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the year.
• Oversee teams, review work, and ensure audit quality.
• Support and develop junior team members.
• Work closely with Partners to drive performance and maintain excellent client service.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with solid experience in a similar managerial role.
• Ideally be from a similar sized mid-tier accountancy practice.
• Be a confident and collaborative leader with experience coaching and developing others.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service.
• Show ambition, commercial awareness, and the drive to succeed.
