Audit Partner - Banking

Our client is a leading professional services firm with a strong market presence, an impressive client portfolio and a reputation for delivering exceptional audit and advisory services across a wide range of industries. They are currently seeking an experienced Audit Partner with a strong banking background to join its growing Financial Services team.

Joining as an Audit Partner, you'll lead a significant portfolio of Banking clients while helping to shape the future direction of the practice. This role combines client leadership, business development, team development and technical excellence within one of the firm's key growth sectors.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.

Extensive experience working with clients in the Banking sector.

Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and leading successful audit engagements.

Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.

Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
