An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strategically minded Audit Partner or Director (RI) to step into a leadership role within a newly established Birmingham-based Audit Team. This role is central to an ambitious growth strategy and offers the chance to shape and strengthen the firm's regional presence in the not-for-profit and public sectors.

Following sustained success across its existing regional offices, the firm has recently opened a new office in central Birmingham, aiming to significantly enhance its profile and expand its client base across the Midlands. A well-established portfolio of clients is already in place and ready to be transitioned into the successful candidate's care, with further scope to grow the practice in line with the firm's five-year audit growth ambitions.

We are keen to speak with experienced Audit Directors seeking progression to Partner level, as well as established Audit Partners who are motivated to play a key role in defining the strategic direction of a firm undergoing exciting expansion. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of managing a portfolio of audit clients within some of the aforementioned sectors, along with a willingness to broaden their expertise as required. This is a particularly compelling opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about building and leading a high-performing team, driving business development, and delivering high-quality audit services across the public and not-for-profit sectors.
