Audit Partner - Insurance

Our client is a leading professional services firm with an established Financial Services practice and a growing presence within the Insurance sector. They are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join their Insurance team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader to work with a diverse range of Insurance clients while helping to shape the future direction of the practice. The successful candidate will combine deep sector expertise with strong client relationship and business development skills, supported by a proven track record of leadership and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships across a portfolio of Insurance audit clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements while maintaining regulatory and professional standards.
• Drive business development activity and identify new opportunities across the Insurance sector.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support the growth of the practice through leadership, team development and strategic contribution.

Qualifications/Experience Required

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Extensive experience working with clients in the Insurance sector.
• Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrable success in business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
