Our client is a leading accountancy and advisory firm with a strong market presence, an impressive client portfolio and a reputation for delivering exceptional audit and advisory services across a wide range of industries. They are currently seeking an experienced Audit Partner with a strong Life Sciences background to join its growing sector team. The ideal candidate can be based in London, Reading, Cambridge, or the surrounding areas.

Joining as an Audit Partner, you'll play a key role in developing the firm's Life Sciences offering, working closely with an established client base while helping to shape the future direction of the practice. This role combines client leadership, business development, team development and technical excellence within one of the firm's key growth sectors.

Qualifications / Experience Required

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status
Extensive experience working with Life Sciences clients
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and leading successful audit engagements
Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing and mentoring teams
Commercially astute with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
