Audit Partner - Northern Ireland

Our client, an established firm in Northern Ireland, is seeking an Audit Partner to support the growth and development of its audit department. This role is firmly focused on expansion rather than hands on audit delivery and would suit someone with a strategic mindset and a strong network.

The firm is at an exciting stage of its journey and is looking to invest in growing its audit offering across Northern Ireland, with a clear ambition to expand into the South of Ireland. As such, they are keen to speak with individuals who take a broader view of the market and who bring established relationships and connections across the island of Ireland, particularly in the South.

This position will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the audit department. You will work closely with the wider partnership to develop the service line, identify new opportunities, strengthen the firm's market presence and support business development activity.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced audit RI operating at Partner or Senior Director level, with a proven ability to grow a service line and attract new clients. A strong understanding of the audit landscape in both Northern Ireland and the South of Ireland, combined with an established professional network, will be highly advantageous.
