Audit Partner - Southampton

Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join its Southampton practice. As part of one of the UK's leading professional services firms, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and high-quality client base while contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice across the South Coast.

This role offers significant scope to influence strategy, develop long-term client relationships, support the growth of the practice and help shape its future direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with audit clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted adviser to boards, executive teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality audit engagements.
• Develop and mentor future leaders within the practice.
• Champion collaboration across Audit, Tax and Advisory teams.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status.
• Extensive audit experience gained within a professional services environment.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to grow client portfolios and win new business.
• Experience leading large teams and complex engagements.
