We are working on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm to identify a technically outstanding Audit RI to join as a Salaried Partner. This is a critical leadership appointment within a growing audit function, offering a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the service line and play a key role in the firm's ambitious growth plans.

While the audit team is primarily based in Hertfordshire, the firm can offer flexibility on location across its regional office network. Hybrid working is embedded in the culture, offering the right balance between autonomy and collaboration.

This is a senior leadership role with high visibility and strategic importance. You will lead the delivery of complex audits across a varied and growing SME client base and provide authoritative technical support to colleagues and clients alike. Beyond technical delivery, you will help develop a strong team culture, mentor and inspire junior staff, and play an active role in practice development and internal leadership.

The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA or ACCA with RI status and significant experience operating at Director or Partner level within a UK practice environment. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS and ISAs is essential, as is the ability to develop trusted relationships and deliver commercially focused advice. You'll bring a collaborative leadership style, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine interest in contributing to the wider success of the firm.
