Location: North Northamptonshire (commutable from Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Stamford, Rushden and surrounding areas)

The Opportunity

A growing accountancy practice is looking for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join its expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA professional seeking a varied role combining both audit and accounts work. You'll gain exposure to a broad client portfolio, receive excellent support with your studies, and benefit from genuine progression opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The role offers a mix of office-based and client-facing work, with flexibility available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Attend client sites and carry out audit fieldwork
• Prepare audit testing and working papers
• Produce statutory accounts for a range of clients
• Prepare supporting schedules and draft tax computations
• Work closely with managers to resolve queries and meet deadlines
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and provide a high standard of service

About You

• 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice
• Experience in audit, accounts, or a mixed role
• AAT qualified or studying ACA/ACCA
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
