Pro Finance is working with an established and growing accountancy practice seeking an Audit Senior to join its expanding audit team in Mid-Kent.

This position is well suited to candidates based across Maidstone, Medway, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Aylesford, West Malling, Tonbridge and surrounding areas, with excellent transport links making it easily accessible from across the wider Kent region.

The Opportunity
Joining a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll take ownership of audit assignments for a varied client portfolio, working closely with businesses ranging from entrepreneurial owner-managed companies through to larger corporate organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Identifying audit risks and delivering high-quality audit work
• Reviewing and supporting the work of junior team members
• Managing budgets, deadlines and workflow across multiple assignments
• Working closely with managers and partners on complex client engagements

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need:

• ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
• Previous external audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
• Experience leading or supporting audit assignments
• Full right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
