I'm partnering with a specialist business management firm to recruit a Business Management Manager / Assistant Manager for their expanding London office. Rare opportunity to work with high-profile clients across sports, media, and entertainment.

The Role
Join the Business Management team managing day-to-day affairs for entertainment industry clients across business management, accounting, and tax.
What You'll Do:
- Manage portfolio of clients (companies, sole traders, personal tax) as first point of contact
- Daily client interaction - meetings, calls, visiting premises
- Review financial statements, corporation tax returns, VAT, management accounts
- Business management support: payments, billing, debt collection, HMRC enquiries
- Client relationship building with artists, advisors, lawyers, management teams
- Team leadership: train juniors, allocate work, support development
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Tax, Payroll)
What You'll Need
- ACA/ACCA qualified with solid public practice experience (1+ years PQE)
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage portfolio independently
- Self-motivated, works well under pressure
- Xero essential; Iris/Alpha useful
- Experience in sports/media/entertainment clients
