Capital Allowances Director

We're looking for an experienced Capital Allowances Director to join a growing specialist tax team, taking a leading role across client delivery, technical advisory and business development.

You'll manage a substantial client portfolio, advise senior stakeholders on complex Capital Allowances and Land Remediation matters, and work closely with Partners and Directors to identify opportunities for new business and further develop existing client relationships.

You'll also provide leadership and development to the wider team, ensuring high-quality delivery and continued growth of the service.

We're looking for someone with:

• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of Capital Allowances and Land Remediation
• Strong technical and commercial expertise
• Experience managing complex projects and a substantial client portfolio
• Proven team leadership and people management experience
• A strong track record of business development and client relationship management
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders
• ATT, CTA or ACA qualification
• RICS qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
