A leading international consulting firm is looking to appoint an entrepreneurial Capital Allowances specialist to build and lead a new service line within its established tax and advisory platform.

This is a true "build from scratch" opportunity - offering the successful individual full autonomy to create, shape and scale a proposition with the backing of a well-established business.

The Role

• Establish and lead the Capital Allowances offering within the UK business
• Originate new work through proactive business development and network leverage
• Build a market presence and develop a clear go-to-market strategy
• Work closely with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
• Develop and grow a small, high-performing team over time
• Report directly into senior leadership, with significant visibility and influence

• Established sales and marketing infrastructure
• Dedicated Business Development support
• Access to wider tax and advisory expertise
• Strong brand and international platform

Candidate Profile

• Capital Allowances specialist operating at Director or Partner level (or ready to step up)
• Strong track record of winning work and building client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a business line
• Comfortable operating without an existing pipeline and creating opportunities from scratch
