The Role - Client Bookkeeper

As a Client Bookkeeper, you'll be working with a varied portfolio of clients, supporting them with their day-to-day financial records and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.

You'll be:

• Preparing and maintaining bookkeeping records for a range of clients
• Managing VAT returns and ensuring compliance
• Working with cloud software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar
• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide support
• Supporting the wider team with accounts preparation where needed

This Client Bookkeeper position is very much client-facing, so confidence in communication is just as important as technical ability.

What They're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper within practice or managing multiple clients
• Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting software
• Comfortable managing your own workload and deadlines
• Good communication skills - someone clients feel comfortable dealing with
