The Opportunity
This Client Director role offers the chance to join a firm with an existing client base, strong infrastructure and real momentum, while also giving you the platform to build, influence and grow.

You will take ownership of a portfolio from day one, but this is not a static portfolio management role. Seymour Taylor wants a Client Director who is comfortable in the market, commercially aware, and motivated by the chance to develop new relationships, win work and contribute to the wider direction of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing an existing client portfolio
• Building new client relationships and generating new business
• Driving fee growth through referrals and business development activity
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and maintaining excellent service levels
• Leading client work and maintaining high technical standards
• Working closely with the Joint Managing Directors and wider leadership team
• Supporting, mentoring and developing members of the team
• Contributing to the firm's growth journey and wider commercial objectives
