Senior Client Onboarding Leader - Birmingham or Liverpool

(Reporting directly to c-suite)

Own and manage the centralised onboarding process
Be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the client onboarding function
Own,define and create the end-to-end client onboarding strategy ensuring a 1st class and high quality client service and experience
Ability to drive change management and lead on transformation opportunities to drive efficiency without sacrificing quality

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is keen to effect change in order to ensure that the client onboarding process and strategy is best in class
Strong experience in leading the end-to-end client onboarding function at a large matrix organisation
Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not required
A strategic and commercial thinker with excellent stakeholder management; both internally (Exec team, Heads of Business, General Counsel amongst others) and externally
Able to manage a large team of specialists
Experience in project and programme management

NB: The onboarding process covers all aspects of AML / KYC and it is essential for the role holder to ensure that there is compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
