A boutique corporate finance advisory firm based in London is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a broad range of corporate finance transactions, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients across multiple sectors.
What you will be doing as a Corporate Finance Manager
- Lead and execute M&A transactions from origination through to completion
- Prepare and review financial models, valuations, and client-ready materials
- Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external advisors
- Support in the development of pitch materials and new business initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to sector research and market analysis to support strategic advice
What you will need to succeed as a Corporate Finance Manager
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained within a top-tier accountancy firm
- Proven experience in corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
