Corporate, International & M&A Tax Assistant Manager

Nottingham is a thriving hub for ambitious businesses - and we're looking for an Assistant Manager in Corporate, International & M&A Tax to be part of the action.

You'll be immersed in projects that go far beyond compliance. From supporting restructures and acquisitions to tackling international tax issues and due diligence assignments, this role offers exposure that will stretch and develop your technical skills. You'll have direct client contact, the chance to build trusted relationships, and the support to grow quickly into a management position.

Requirements:

• Around 3 years' corporate tax experience (including advisory exposure)
• ATT/CTA/ACA qualification
• Confident communicator, able to deal with clients directly
• Strong technical base and appetite to develop further
