This Assistant Manager opportunity in Bristol is perfect for someone looking to move beyond pure compliance. You'll be working on projects ranging from shareholder reorganisations and demergers to acquisition structuring, due diligence, and cross-border planning. Alongside this, you'll oversee compliance and accounting matters for a variety of businesses, gaining the rounded experience needed to step up quickly.#
You'll be supported by senior leaders but trusted to run projects, liaise with clients directly, and mentor junior staff. It's the ideal environment to sharpen your skills while having visible impact.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' corporate tax experience with advisory exposure
• ATT/CTA/ACA qualification (or close to it)
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and intermediaries
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
