Corporate, International & M&A Tax Manager (Bristol)

Step into leadership. Our Bristol office is looking for a Corporate, International & M&A Tax Manager to help drive an ambitious growth story.

This role offers the chance to be client-facing from day one - leading on advisory projects such as reorganisations, acquisition structuring, demergers, and due diligence, while overseeing compliance and tax accounting work for a varied client base. You'll take ownership of projects, manage and review the work of assistant managers and seniors, and act as a trusted adviser to both established corporates and innovative growth businesses.

What you'll bring:

• At least 4 years' corporate tax experience with significant advisory exposure
• CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Confidence in developing junior colleagues and managing client portfolios
