Corporate, International & M&A Tax Manager (Nottingham)

Ready to lead in a growth market? We're recruiting for a Corporate, International & M&A Tax Manager in Nottingham to join a practice that's on a serious upward trajectory.

You'll work across headline advisory projects, acquisition structuring, corporate reorganisations, demergers, cross-border tax planning, while also overseeing compliance and tax accounting for a varied portfolio. This is a role with breadth, depth, and the autonomy to make a visible impact.

As Manager, you'll be leading teams, reviewing work, managing relationships, and ensuring delivery of first-class solutions. You'll also play a role in the firm's wider Midlands expansion shaping the office, the team, and the client base.
What we're seeking:

• At least 4 years' corporate tax experience with strong advisory background
• CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Skilled in managing projects and people
• Commercially minded with the ability to spot opportunities
