A leading professional services firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Tax Manager to join its growing transaction tax team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of clients, from start-ups and private businesses to private equity-backed groups and large corporates.

You'll lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and tax structuring projects, working closely with specialists across VAT, Employment Taxes and Transaction Services. The role also includes managing client engagements, contributing to legal documentation and models, developing junior team members, and supporting business development.

Requirements:

• Strong transaction tax experience

• Proven corporate tax and deal exposure

• Project and people management experience

• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills

• CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
