A great opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor at 3+ PQE to join a well-regarded London law firm and work closely with an experienced Corporate Tax Partner. This role a great path for progression.

The team advises a broad mix of UK and international clients, covering corporate transactions, restructuring, international tax, real estate and wider tax advisory work.
The role will give you exposure to:

• M&A, acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructurings
• UK and international tax structuring
• Real estate transactions and joint ventures
• Inbound investment and international tax issues
• General corporate tax advisory
• HMRC enquiries, investigations and tax disputes

You'll have plenty of client contact and partner exposure, with responsibility for managing matters and developing relationships as you progress.
What they're looking for:

• UK-qualified Solicitor, ideally 3+ PQE
• A clear path for progression
• Strong corporate tax background from a recognised practice
• Good transactional and advisory experience
• Commercial approach and strong technical knowledge
• Confident dealing directly with clients
• Someone keen to develop their career within a growing Corporate Tax team
