Join a leading team advising UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, from business change and restructuring to international expansion and global tax developments.

The Role

• Act as a key contact for a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters
• Support on advisory projects including reorganisations, refinancing, and international expansion
• Provide UK corporation tax input and collaborate with international teams
• Keep clients informed on emerging tax developments (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2)
• Support delivery of corporate tax compliance services
• Supervise and coach junior team members
• Assist with client account management and business development

About You

• Strong UK corporation tax experience
• Confident managing clients and multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercial, proactive and client-focused
