Corporate Tax Assistant Manager / Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)

An opportunity to join a leading professional services firm within their London-based tax team, working with a diverse portfolio of UK and international businesses.

This role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory and compliance work, supporting clients through business change, international expansion, and evolving tax regulations. It would suit a newly qualified CTA/ACA or someone who has recently completed (or is close to completing) their final exams and is looking to step into a more client-facing, varied role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key contact on day-to-day tax matters
• Support on advisory projects including restructurings, transactions, financing, and global tax developments (e.g. Pillar 2)
• Work collaboratively with specialists across tax and international teams
• Assist with the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance
• Coach and support junior team members
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development

About You:

• CTA / ACA / CA (or equivalent) qualified or nearing completion
• Strong UK corporate tax experience
• Commercial, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
