Our client is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their highly regarded Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of UK-headquartered businesses and international groups, supporting them on a wide range of corporate tax matters while developing your advisory and client management skills.

The Role
As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clients while supporting Managers and Senior Managers on larger engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients on corporate tax matters
- Supporting the delivery of UK corporation tax advisory projects
- Researching technical tax issues and contributing to client advice
- Working closely with specialists across tax disciplines and international teams
- Keeping clients informed of legislative and regulatory developments affecting their businesses
- Assisting with the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services
- Reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members
- Supporting client account management, risk procedures and financial controls
- Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- ACA, CA or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong UK corporation tax experience gained in practice
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience reviewing and coaching junior staff
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
