Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - Advisory & Compliance

A leading tax team is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing practice, supporting a portfolio of high-profile FTSE and privately owned businesses
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Corporate Tax professional who enjoys a broad role combining technical advisory work with complex compliance responsibilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and clients across a diverse range of industries, providing commercially focused tax advice and helping businesses navigate an increasingly complex tax landscape.
As part of the team, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of advisory projects, alongside managing high-quality compliance engagements for some of the UK's largest and most sophisticated organisations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of corporate tax advisory projects for large UK and international businesses
- Managing corporate tax compliance processes for a portfolio of FTSE-listed and privately owned businesses
- Providing technical input on a range of corporate tax matters, including group structures, transactions, risk management and tax planning
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
- Working collaboratively with wider tax specialists to deliver joined-up solutions
You will ideally have:
- ACA, CTA or equivalent tax qualification (or working towards completion)
- Strong UK Corporate Tax experience gained within a professional services environment
- Exposure to both advisory and compliance work
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice
- A genuine interest in working with complex, multinational businesses
