An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director to join a leading UK accountancy and business advisory firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to take ownership of a portfolio of key corporate clients, support the delivery of high-quality tax advisory services and play an active role in developing a talented corporate tax team.

Your role as a Corporate Tax Associate Director:

• Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, overseeing their corporate tax compliance requirements and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Work closely with Tax Partners to deliver tailored tax advisory services to both existing and new clients.
• Support the management and development of the corporate tax team, including conducting appraisals, providing coaching and mentoring, and developing technical knowledge and skills.
• Drive continuous improvement in the quality, efficiency and delivery of client work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, client meetings and the delivery of effective tax solutions.
• Support the growth and development of the wider tax practice.

What you'll need to succeed:

• CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA qualified or equivalent.
• Significant corporate tax or mixed tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation, with the ability to research and resolve complex tax matters.
• Experience working with clients across a range of industries, with exposure to multiple sectors being advantageous.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
• The ability to support, coach and develop team members while contributing to the continued success of the wider tax team.
