Corporate Tax Director - Bristol

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading Top 10 national firm seeking a commercial and market-facing Corporate Tax Director to join its growing practice.

This is a high-profile opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ranging from entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses through to FTSE-listed groups, while playing a leading role in developing new and existing client relationships.

You'll have significant scope to build your own market profile, originate new opportunities and work alongside Partners and senior colleagues to drive the continued growth of the Corporate Tax practice.

The Role

• Lead and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients
• Provide commercially focused corporate tax advice to senior stakeholders
• Originate and win new business, building a strong external network and market profile
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and cross-sell wider services
• Lead complex and high-value advisory engagements
• Work closely with Partners and wider teams on strategic client opportunities
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, providing commercially relevant and practical advice
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing tax professionals
• Play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm's Corporate Tax growth strategy

About You

We're looking for an established Corporate Tax Director, Senior Director or experienced Senior Manager with a strong UK Corporate Tax background and a demonstrable appetite for business development and market growth.

You'll be commercially driven, highly credible with senior clients and confident building relationships at Board and CFO level. Experience across corporate tax advisory, privately owned businesses and/or listed groups would be advantageous.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Corporate Tax leader to build a strong market presence, develop a high-quality portfolio and play a significant role in the continued growth of a leading national practice.
