Corporate Tax Manager - Privately Owned Businesses & Entrepreneurs

Are you a Corporate Tax Manager looking for a role where you can work closely with ambitious entrepreneurs, private business owners, and fast-growing companies?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded tax team, advising a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, entrepreneurial groups, and owner-managed companies. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate tax advisory and compliance services, building strong client relationships and supporting clients through key stages of their business journey.

Working with a broad range of sectors, you will have the opportunity to provide commercially focused advice across areas such as business growth, restructuring, transactions, succession planning, and wider tax strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of privately owned businesses and entrepreneurial clients, providing both advisory and compliance support
• Building trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
• Advising on corporate tax planning opportunities and commercial tax matters
• Reviewing complex tax computations and returns
• Supporting clients with restructures, acquisitions, disposals, and succession planning
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the team

About you:

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong Corporate Tax experience
• Experience working with owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed companies, or entrepreneurial clients
• Strong technical knowledge with a commercial, client-focused approach
• Confident managing client relationships and delivering practical tax advice
• A proactive team player with a desire to progress your career
