We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join this growing corporate tax team, providing expert advice to large listed and multinational clients. This is a client-facing role for a commercially minded professional who thrives on solving complex tax challenges and delivering practical, business-focused solutions. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, helping them navigate an increasingly complex global tax environment while driving value for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders at multinational and listed companies, providing proactive, practical corporate tax guidance

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements, ensuring technical excellence and commercially relevant solutions

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and support business objectives

• Advise on tax risks, compliance, planning, and structuring initiatives, across multiple jurisdictions where applicable

• Mentor, coach, and review the work of junior team members, supporting their professional development

• Collaborate internally to contribute to business development and the growth of client relationships

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Strong corporate tax technical expertise with experience advising multinational clients

• Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships at senior levels

• Commercially aware, with the ability to translate complex tax issues into practical business advice

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of local and international tax legislation and regulatory developments

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality advice under tight deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

• ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA qualification (or law qualification)

• Extensive experience as a corporate tax practitioner, ideally with multinational or listed clients

• Experience in tax accounting, audit, or corporate tax advisory

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation to real business scenarios
