Corporate Tax Manager

The Role

• Research and interpret complex tax legislation, providing clear and practical solutions
• Support colleagues with technical challenges involving groups and corporate structures
• Work closely with the Corporate Finance team, providing tax input on due diligence projects
• Contribute to wider tax projects and ensure the highest standards of delivery
• Play a key role in developing junior team members

What We're Looking For

• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proven ability to analyse complex tax issues and present practical advice
• Experience supervising and supporting junior staff
• Commercially aware, client-focused, with excellent communication skills
