A well-established and highly respected independent accountancy firm in Abingdon is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior to join its growing tax team.

This is a genuinely broad role offering exposure to a wide range of compliance and advisory work across owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, charities and entrepreneurial clients.

The successful Corporate Tax Senior will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to areas including:

* Corporate tax compliance and advisory work
* Group reorganisations and reconstructions
* Share schemes and business valuations
* R&D claims and creative industry tax reliefs
* Partnership and LLP tax matters
* Strategic planning projects for OMB clients
* Mentoring junior team members

This Corporate Tax Senior role would suit someone currently working within practice who enjoys variety and wants broader exposure beyond pure compliance work.

The firm is open-minded on background and level, but you'll ideally have:

* Experience within UK accountancy practice
* Good Corporate Tax exposure across OMB clients
* CTA studies underway or completed (or equivalent experience)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* An interest in developing technically and progressing long term
