Our client, a leading UK accounting and tax advisory firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their team. You will have experience of working either with Financial Services or Privately owned/Mid Cap companies. As a key member of the tax department, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping their clients' tax strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

  • The Corporate Tax Senior Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic tax planning advice and addressing complex tax matters.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to optimize their tax positions and mitigate risks.

• Internal Networking:

  • Engage proactively with cross-functional teams within the organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Leverage expertise to support colleagues in understanding tax implications across various business functions.
  • Participate in internal workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.

• Business Development:

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Proactively seek new business prospects through networking, industry events, and leveraging professional networks.
  • Contribute to the development of tax service offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• In-depth technical knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
