Salary: £110,000 - £115,000 excellent package
Location: Kent / Southeast London
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home

A leading, well-established mid-tier firm with a long history of advising entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate Director or Director to strengthen its growing corporate tax offering. The firm prides itself on its supportive culture, stable client base, and genuine progression opportunities.

This role offers a balanced mix of leadership, advisory, and commercial involvement within a respected and expanding tax team.

The Opportunity

• Lead and develop a team of tax professionals
• Take ownership of a varied portfolio of OMB clients
• Deliver high-level advisory work including restructures, transactions, and shareholder planning
• Play a key role in business development and shaping the service line's future direction
• Join a firm known for its professional, partner-led approach and long-standing client relationships

What You'll Need

• CTA-qualified with 10+ years' corporate tax experience
• Strong background working with owner-managed businesses
• Broad-based corporate tax technical skills
• Proven leadership ability
