Looking to move your Transfer Pricing career in-house and develop towards management?

This global financial services business is seeking a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join its highly regarded Cross-Border / International team, supporting the group's EMEA operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional who wants broad exposure, strong mentoring and a genuine pathway into a future management position.

Working closely with senior transfer pricing leaders, you'll gain experience across operational transfer pricing, documentation, advisory projects and cross-border tax matters within a global business.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting transfer pricing compliance and documentation across EMEA.
• Assisting with advisory and project-based transfer pricing work.
• Partnering with finance, tax and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting operational transfer pricing initiatives and cross-border transactions.
• Contributing to the development of transfer pricing policies and processes.
• Building technical expertise within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Who we're looking for

We're open to a range of backgrounds and are more interested in potential than finding someone who has done everything before.

You may be:

• A Transfer Pricing professional from a Big 4, Top 10 or specialist tax firm.
• An International or Corporate Tax professional with exposure to transfer pricing.
• An in-house tax or finance professional with operational transfer pricing experience.
• Newly qualified or qualified with a couple of years' post-qualified experience and looking for your next step.

Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or ICAS are welcomed, although candidates with relevant economics or related academic backgrounds will also be considered.
