An exciting opportunity to join a leading Big 4 national Equity & Reward practice, advising a diverse range of private businesses, large corporates and listed companies on employee share plans and management incentive arrangements.

With a team of over 40 tax professionals across the UK, the practice offers a broad range of work, a collaborative, partner-led environment and clear opportunities for career progression.

Due to impressive growth, the team is hiring at Assistant Manager, Manager and Senior Manager level, with flexibility to consider individuals looking to STEP UP on entry if they are ready for promotion but have narrowly missed it internally.

More about the role....

You will advise clients on the design, implementation and tax, accounting and market practice aspects of management and employee equity incentive arrangements.

The work is varied including:

Advising on management incentive plans and employee share schemes, including EMI, CSOP, SIP, growth shares and other equity-based arrangements.
Supporting transactions and helping clients design effective incentive structures.
Advising on the tax implications, accounting considerations and market practice associated with equity incentives.
Building client relationships and collaborating with colleagues across the national team.
At more senior levels, supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the practice.

About You

You will ideally bring:

Experience advising on employee share schemes, management incentive plans or equity-based remuneration.
CTA, ACA or ATT qualifications
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to communicate complex matters clearly and build effective client relationships.
A collaborative approach and an interest in developing your expertise within a national practice.

Professionals with relevant transferable experience who are looking to move into Equity & Reward will also be considered at Assistant Manager level.
