A great opportunity for an Equity Reward Manager to join a growing Big 4 Reward team, advising a broad range of UK and international clients.

The role covers:

• Designing and structuring equity and cash incentive plans
• Advising on tax and Reward implications of transactions
• Employee share plans and wider workforce incentives
• Advising Remuneration Committees and senior management
• Directors' Remuneration Reports and benchmarking
• Managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
• Business development, proposals and presentations
• Reviewing work and developing junior team members

Looking for:

• Manager-level Reward experience
• Strong Equity / Executive Reward / Incentives background
• Excellent technical and client-facing skills
• Commercial and business development mindset
• Experience managing and developing junior staff
• ATT / CTA / ACA / Legal qualification desirable
