Family Office Specialist | Operational & Advisory | Consulting
We're working with a consulting firm looking to appoint a Family Office Specialist into a really interesting and somewhat different role.
This isn't your traditional tax, wealth management or private client position.
The role will sit at the heart of the family office environment, helping families navigate the operational, financial and commercial challenges that come with managing significant wealth.
You'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Assessing and managing risk across family office structures and investments.
- Identifying potential threats, including cyber security risks and financial vulnerabilities.
- Overseeing and reviewing family financials and wider wealth management arrangements.
- Assessing high-risk investments and providing independent insight and advice.
- Problem-solving complex operational and financial challenges.
- Working closely with private bankers, lawyers, intermediaries and other professional advisers.
- Providing strategic and operational advisory support to families and their wider interests.
Who might this suit?
Someone with experience in family offices, private client advisory, wealth management, financial services or a broader consulting environment.
You might be someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers, understands risk, has strong commercial awareness and is comfortable working with a range of senior stakeholders.
The opportunity is to work across multiple disciplines, build trusted relationships and become an important part of how families protect, manage/grow their wealth and oversee a small team
A genuinely different opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience beyond traditional advisory.
