A highly respected, award-winning London firm is looking to appoint a senior Corporate Tax Partner to play a pivotal role in the future growth of its tax practice.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine leadership position within an ambitious firm that combines an established client base, an exceptional reputation and a clear appetite for growth.

Working alongside the firm's senior leadership team, you will help shape strategy, lead a talented Corporate Tax team and play a key role in expanding the firm's presence in the mid-market. This role would suit a commercially minded Partner who enjoys developing people, winning work and influencing the direction of a business.

The Role

• Lead the strategic development of the Corporate Tax practice.
• Build and strengthen relationships with entrepreneurial businesses, owner-managed companies and larger corporate clients.
• Drive business development and raise the firm's profile within the market.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to the wider leadership agenda and long-term growth strategy.

About You

• An established Corporate Tax Partner or experienced Director approaching Partnership.
• Strong business development credentials with a demonstrable client following or significant market influence.
• Commercially astute with a collaborative leadership style.
• Passionate about developing teams and building a market-leading practice.
