A Top firm is looking for an accomplished Head of Tax Knowledge to lead its tax technical and knowledge function. This is your chance to define how the firm learns, interprets legislation, and delivers outstanding, technically robust advice across Private Client, Trusts, and wider Tax teams.

What you'll do:

• Set the firm's tax knowledge strategy and drive technical excellence.

• Lead engaging training programmes and post-Budget updates.

• Establish firm-wide "house views" on complex tax issues.

• Oversee technical risk management and quality control.

• Collaborate with Partners and Marketing to deliver thought leadership and client insight.

• Represent the firm at professional forums and technical events.

What you'll bring:

• CTA, ACA, STEP, or legal qualification with deep expertise in Private Client and Trusts.

• Strong record in tax technical, knowledge management, or learning leadership.

• Exceptional communicator with influence at senior level.

• Strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and passion for excellence.
